I shift in my seat. I can feel her eyes on me as I read.

“Well, that’s hot,” I chuckle. I look up from the book and her eyes lock with mine. My already hard cock gets even harder. She lowers her gaze to where my dick tents my trousers. And then she adds the killer strike; she bits her lower lip. Fuck. An electric current shoots down my spine. My eyes are laser-focused on her lips now.

“But who actually does that in real life?” Olivia asks, her voice sounding breathy.

“True. Most women I know would send me straight to the hospital or prison if I ever said stuff like that,” I chuckle, although it comes out a bit forced. My whole body is wound tight, and my eyes haven’t left Olivia’s face.

“No guy has ever asked me how wet I am,” she whispers, the blush on her cheek spreading like wildfire to the rest of her face.

“No?” I don’t like thinking of her with other men.

“No. Have you ever done something like that?”

“Dominated someone?”

“Yeah.” A nervous giggle escapes her.

“Well, no. But then again, I’ve never been in love,” I admit, rubbing the back of my neck. Olivia sits up, leaning forward.

“What’s love got to do with it?” she asks, phrasing it like a question but sounding more like a playful taunt.

“This dom-sub relationship is fuelled by more than just lust. It takes a whole lot of trust, and we know Amelia doesn’t trust easily. Trust doesn’t really come to play when you have one-night stands.” I try to explain my statement.

“Maybe you’re right. But if that’s what sex is like when you’re in love, then I can confidently say I’ve never been in love.” She leans back on the sofa.

“Yep, same here,” I reply. We fall into a momentary silence, both of us lost in thought and staring into the distance.

“But hey, it was hot though, wasn’t it?” Olivia giggles, breaking the silence with a mischievous tone.

“Yeah.” What more can I say? We both saw the physical reaction I had.

“Can you imagine me saying stuff like that?”

“Like what?” Don’t say it, don’t say it. I am not sure if I can keep my hands to myself if she starts talking dirty and we are supposed to be taking this slow.

“Sir, I am all yours,” Olivia whispers and looks at me from under her eyelashes. Well, shit. My cock twitches and I have to hold onto the back of the sofa to not jump her. Olivia slides closer and plays with her curls.

“Sir knows that I would do anything for him. Anything,” she tries to add some extra seduction to the last word. There is silence and then Olivia breaks out in laughter. I try to relax my body and a deep chuckle escapes me.

“Ridiculous, right?” she says and pushes a strand of hair behind her ear. Her eyes are still locked on mine, and they are looking at me cautiously.

“Sounded rather sexy to me,” I finally say.

I am not sure who moves first, but I hear the distant thud of the book hitting the carpet as our lips meet.
